療癒性的交談－－論交互主體性的護病互動關係

Therapeutic Discourse: On the Intersubjective Nurse-Patient Relationship

本文主張理想的護病關係模式，應是基於護病之間的療癒性交談，所建立的以關懷為核心的交互主體性護病關係。為了避免因護理僅從屬於醫學而造成對病人的技術化宰制，本文亦嘗試提出「身體現象學」、「疾病詮釋學」與在「護病對話中的溝通行動理論」等觀點，以說明能建構交互主體性的護病關係的人文科學知識基礎。

This paper argues that the ideal model of nurse-patient relationship should be intersubjective; one that is based on the ”therapeutic discourse” in the interaction between nurse and patient. In order to avoid the dependence, in our healthcare system, of nursing upon medicine that makes the technical manipulation of the patient possible, I will show that, through the insight of the ”phenomenology of the body”, the ”hermeneutics of illness” and the ”theory of communicative action” we can provide foundations from the human sciences for an intersubjective nurse-patient relationship.
