評量居家照護服務品質之觀點

Perspectives in Evaluating Quality of Home Care

評量居家照護服務品質時，其對象應包括病患、照顧者及其家庭，提供的服務以全人照護為目標。本文提出新觀點，利用Donabedian評價理論之結構、過程與結果三個層面為縱軸之架構，再輔以主、客觀之品質要素為橫軸，並加加重視民主觀點與輸送服務過程評量。

When evaluating home care quality, one must include the patients, the carer and the family as a whole. The goal of service provision should be holistic care. This paper raises new perspectives, using the ”structure,” ”process,” and ”outcome,” of Donabedian evaluation theory as a vertical axis, and the key elements of quality the subjective and the objective as the horizontal axis. Evaluation should also emphasize a democratic approach and appraisal of the process of delivery of services.
