台灣中醫護理的政策與發展

Nursing in Traditional Chinese Medicine in Taiwan: Policies and Future Development

傳統醫療在台灣為國人所接受，無論醫療設施、法規與民眾使用率均較其他國家高。台灣中醫醫療團隊已制度化發展。護理人員在中醫醫療團隊中扮演的角色日漸重要。在主管機關政策鼓勵下，中醫護理已穩定成長中。本文即介紹中醫護理的發展並提出相關建議。

Traditional Chinese medicine is popular in Taiwan. There are more resources for the practice of the discipline, more regulations governing it, and more users of it in Taiwan than in other countries. Chinese medical teams have already developed in a systematic way in Taiwan. The roles of nursing staff in traditional Chinese medical teams become ever more important; the field is consolidating itself and maturing. The purpose of this paper is to describe the current status of nursing in traditional Chinese medicine in Taiwan and to make some proposals as to its future development.
