Normalization: Styles of Family Management of Children with Chronic Illness

家庭在協助慢性疾病兒童之適應與成長扮演相當重要的角色，而「正常化」乃是家庭面對其成員的慢性疾病所發展出恢復或達到正常家庭運作的過程。本文統整文獻，分析「正常化」的定義、特質、行為策略及其形影響因素，進而呈現此概念於兒童及家庭護理之應用成效，以為臨床照護及相關研究之參考。

Families play an essential role in assisting children in coping with chronic illness. Normalization is defined as a process in which families attempt to normalize their daily living while having a member with chronic illness. In this article, the concept of normalization and its implicatios in family nursing are analyzed. This may provide useful insights for clinical applications and research.
