一位阻塞性睡眠呼吸中斷症候群患者之護理經驗

Experience of Nursing Care of a Patient with Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome

本文籍由照顧一位阻塞性睡眠呼吸中斷症患者所引發的相關護理問題，筆者於患者住院期間，運用觀察、會談技巧、Corden十一項功能性健康評估模式、及收集病史等來評估病患之健康問題。個案有睡眠型態紊亂、自我照顧能力缺失、無望感更可能引發高危險性窒息等護理問題。筆者於照護期間，與個案及家屬建立信任感及治療性人際關係後，運用護理過程協助其度過急性期生理、心理上之危機。此外，還運用關懷照護護行為理論，適時提供病人心理的慰籍的支持、及適時滿足病人身體舒適與安全的需求。

The purpose of this article is to present the nursing experience of a patient with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome. The author assessed the patient's condition by observation, interview, the Gorden functional health assessment guide, and the patient's medical history. The client had four nursing problems: sleep pattern disturbance, self-care deficit, hopelessness, and high risk of suffocation.The author used nursing process and caring behavior theory to improve and support the patient during acute physical and psychological stages. Nursing intervention was also performed to optimize the patient's comfort and safety.
