Cooperation and Professional Guidance

為增進本館同仁的專業成長與學習，在各組室的規劃辦理下提供技術服務、讀者服務、資訊應用、行政管理、生活健康、圖書資訊發展趨勢等議題講座及研習，全年65場次（研習時數189小時），計有4,539人次參與學習。其中圖書資訊專題以「人文•科技•管理」為主軸，辦理「激發想像力，激盪創新力」、「運用Google免費行銷工具提升圖書館服務」、「數位內容使用與創用CC授權機制」、「空間設計與陳列的靈感來源」、「閱讀空間>理解空間>愛上空間」、「3D列印商業應用與未來發展」、「商展空間規劃與設計」、「成功溝通，營造雙贏的人際關係」、「管理人才的專業形象！」等九場講座，計有館內同仁及圖書館同道逾880人次參加。

To promote the professional growth and learning of the library staff, the library held 65 lectures (a total of 189 hours) to a total of 4,539 participants on the topics of technical service, public service, information application, administrative management, living and health, and development trends in library and information science, organized by the various departments of the library. The topic of library and information science took up the theme “humanity, technology, management” in a total of nine lectures: “Exciting Imagination and Firing up Innovative Skills,” “Using Google’s Free Marketing Tool to Promote Library Services,” “Digital Content Usage and Application of the CC Authorization Mechanism,” “Inspiration for Space Design and Display,” “Reading Space—Understanding Space—In Love with Space,” “Business Applications and the Future Development of 3D Printing,” “Space Planning and Design for Business Displays,” “Successful Communication to Create Win/Win Interpersonal Relationships,” and “Professional Image of Management Talent.” More than 880 library staff members and colleagues from other libraries attended these lectures.
