To promote the professional growth and learning of the library staff, the library held 65 lectures (a total of 189 hours) to a total of 4,539 participants on the topics of technical service, public service, information application, administrative management, living and health, and development trends in library and information science, organized by the various departments of the library. The topic of library and information science took up the theme “humanity, technology, management” in a total of nine lectures: “Exciting Imagination and Firing up Innovative Skills,” “Using Google’s Free Marketing Tool to Promote Library Services,” “Digital Content Usage and Application of the CC Authorization Mechanism,” “Inspiration for Space Design and Display,” “Reading Space—Understanding Space—In Love with Space,” “Business Applications and the Future Development of 3D Printing,” “Space Planning and Design for Business Displays,” “Successful Communication to Create Win/Win Interpersonal Relationships,” and “Professional Image of Management Talent.” More than 880 library staff members and colleagues from other libraries attended these lectures. |
