A Mathematic Training System APP for Alzheimer's Sufferers

當今社會醫學發達，個人的壽命不斷地被拉長。由於老化造成許多疾病，影響老人的日常活動，甚至會影響到對老人的健康管理，老人的健康和保健正成為社會關注的重要問題。本研究的目的是設計以行動裝置，幫助老年癡呆症患者做數學認知訓練的APP軟體。該系統包含了加法和減法不同難度級別的數學練習教材。訓練級別有24個等級，難度等級會根據使用者的答案的正確性，增加或減少等級。最後對老人進行系統測試，並從他們得到一些意見。

With the medical advance in today's society, a person's life is constantly stretched. Many of the diseases caused due to aging plagued by the activities of daily life of the elderly. Even affect the health on management and social of elderly people. The health and care of the elderly people are becoming important issues of social concern. The purpose of this research is to design a software system on mobile device to help demented sufferers to perform mathematical cognitive training. The system consists of training materials, including mathematical exercises on addition and subtraction with 24 levels of difficulties. The difficulty level increases or decreases the elderly based on the correctness of the responses. Some elderly people have been recruited to test the system and give comments about it.
