失智症風險評估行動化輔助系統建立之研究

The Study of Constructing a Mobile Support System for Dementia Risk Assessment

本論文之研究旨在結合人工智慧之類神經網路及模糊專家系統等技術來建立失智症風險評估之輔助系統。運用類神經網路確立導致失智症風險因子之個別權重；因子及權重隨後作為失智症風險評估之模糊專家系統建立。本研究所發展之系統並部署於雲端平台，提供社會大眾可使用行動裝置作為自我評估罹患失智症之風險，並給予適當病情資訊與建議，以預防失智症之產生或降低惡化之風險。

The study of this paper aims to the construction of a support system for the risk assessment of dementia by employing of the combination the technologies of neural networks and fuzzy expert systems of artificial intelligence. The neural network is employed to identify the individual weight for the risk factors resulting in dementia. The risk factors with its respective weight are then used to develop the fuzzy expert system for dementia risk assessment. In this study, the system is deployed to the cloud platform so that on mobile devices to provide the use of the publics may use mobile device to conduct a self-assessment of the risk to contract dementia. The proper information and advices of diseases situation is also provided for preventing the dementia or reducing the risk of deterioration.
