Planning an Information Process for Outsourcing Physical Examination

根據勞基法的規定：企業每年都必須為所屬勞工安排健康檢查。因此全國醫療機構每年必須負擔數以百萬計的勞工體檢。但由於大部分的醫院並未配置健檢業務人力，因此有很多醫院是採委外的方式來進行。但是委外健檢最大的問題在於資訊共享，現今醫療資訊系統已經發展十幾年了，已經有各種完整的系統，但還尚未開發委外健檢的資訊流程系統。本研究將發展一套完整的委外健康檢查資訊流程，並依照標準的醫療資訊系統架構來開發，所遵循的標準包括DICOM、HL7 CDA和IHE XDS。整個架構將提供不同醫院資訊系統之間的資料交流。

Many enterprises in developed countries need to perform occupational physical examinations yearly, which can place a heavy load on the hospital system. Some hospitals cannot cope with the demand, resulting in the work being outsourced to physical examination institutes. However, this results in problems with the sharing of examination information. Information systems for hospitals have been developed for decades, and there are now various successful systems; but these systems do not allow integration with outsourcing institutes. This study has developed an information architecture for integrating outsourcing institutes based on relational medical information standards including DICOM, HL7 CDA, and IHE XDS. The proposed architecture can be used for information sharing between the heterogeneous systems used by different hospitals and other types of health-care institutions.
