治療慢性乙型肝炎表面抗原轉陰與臨床病例報告分析

Treatment of chronic hepatitis B with surface antigen change to negative and clinical analysis of case reports

慢性乙型肝炎表面抗原（HBsAg）陰轉在醫學上是一個非常困難機轉，目前西方醫學只能努力提高e抗原陰轉率而已，還談不上表面抗原（HBsAg）陰轉的治療。本小組經過23年臨床經驗證明不但表面抗原（HBsAg）陰轉，而且由原先8至10年陰轉進步到4年半「S抗原陰轉」。在2004 / 6 / 5出席臺灣臺北召開的2004年溫病國際學術研討會，發表“乙型肝炎表面抗原轉陰病例治療分析”六個病例報告，今特舉例一位5歲患者慢性乙型肝炎（hepatitis B virus, HBV），活動型（HBsAg+、HBeAg+），病毒含量90萬，能在治療4年半使表面抗原陰轉。

Chronic hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) conversion in medicine is a very difficult. The current Western medicine can only strive to improve the e-antigen negative rate only, far from the surface antigen (HBsAg) conversion treatment. After 23 years in this group not only clinical experience has shown that the surface antigen (HBsAg) conversion, and conversion from the original 8 to 10 years to progress to four and a half with 'S- antigen conversion.' Held in 2004/6/5, Taiwan, Taipei to attend the 2004 International Conference warm disease. We published 'The treated analysis of the patients with Hepatitis B surface antigen conversion to negative, by six case reports. This particular example, a 50-year-old patient with chronic hepatitis B (hepatitis B virus, HBV), activity type (HBsAg +, HBeAg +), the virus content of 90 million and treatment of the surface antigen negative conversion in 4 and a half years.
