Dizziness is a boring chief complaint. The symptom bothers patients with their daily activity. Vertigo is caused by vestibular and labyrinthine dysfunction. Faintness is caused by vertebral-basilar artery flow insufficiency. The clinical response is outstanding with Chinese medicine for treating dizziness. We reported a case of 67 years-old female. She suffered from vertigo and unsteady gait for three days. Poor appetite was told. The tongue was bluish-purple and large. The pulse was fast and weak. The diagnosis is deficient spleen and kidney yang. The patient's vertigo is cure after taking Chinese medicine. |
