針法 新論──淺談『阿是區針法』的理論與臨床運用

A New Approach the Acupuncture Techniques - Introduction to the Theory of Acupuncture Manipulation on the Ashi Points and the Related Clinical Application

從「內經」提出補瀉理論後，再結合經絡穴位學說，經由歷代醫家加以完善的補瀉針法，一直是針灸治療與教學的主要內容。但綜觀歷代文獻中，在補瀉針法形成的前與後，有些針法是不談補瀉的，臨床上也為醫家所使用，只是少有更進一步的論述與整理。阿是區針法是在結合歷代非補瀉針法的論點、阿是觀點與現代病理解剖，所衍伸出的針法。

The reinforcing and reducing manipulation of acupuncture, which is a combination of the reinforcing and reducing theory in Nei Jing and the meridian and collateral theory and was improved by the physicians in the past, has been the major subject of acupuncture treatment and teaching. According to the literature in the past, some acupuncture manipulations didn't involve reinforcing and reducing after or before the formation of reinforcing and reducing manipulation. In the past, there were few further theory discussion and collection about the reinforcing and reducing manipulation of acupuncture although it had been used in clinical application by physicians. The acupuncture manipulation on the Ashi points is a new acupuncture technique which is a combination of the theory of reinforcing and reducing manipulation, the Ashi viewpoint and modern anatomic pathology.
