日本台灣會展產業初探

Research on Japan and Taiwan MICE Industry

日本在 2010 年，將會展產業納入國家重要的經濟發展戰略，以國際化的觀點來培訓、教育及導入會展產業專門人材。2013 年 3 月 8 日日本首相安倍晉三，更在國會預算委員會中宣示「日本經濟成長必須要重視會展產業」。
臺灣經濟部國際貿易局也宣布在2013到2016年，推動「臺灣會展領航計畫」，期待透過政府的大力支持，推動會展產業發展，培育相關會展人才，進而強化臺灣會展品牌的國際形象及競爭力，帶動臺灣整體經濟成長。
本研究比較及分析日本台灣會展產業，探討出下列5點建議：1.臺灣施政的重點應不在於補助金額的多寡，並鬆綁不合時宜的政策。2.善用臺灣外貿協會擁有國家龐大的資源。3.臺灣必須要把會展業當成一個企業來經營，組成國家代表隊。4.一個都市要有符合需求的會議中心、展覽中心，要有特色及差異化。5.會展專業人材培訓。
日本無論會展的質）展出業種）與量）會展場地與舉辦件數）都遠遠超出台灣。但，日本政府還是不斷投入會展產業的軟硬體建設。值得台灣當局深刻思考，「要發展經濟，必先發展會展產業」的道理。

Force, promote Taiwan's overall economic growth. This Research compares analyzes Japan and Taiwanese MICE industry and explores the following five points: 1. The focus of Taiwan's administration should not be on the amount of subsidy and on the unwelcome policies. 2. To make good use of TAITRA has a huge national resources. 3. Taiwan must take the convention and MICE industry as an enterprise to operate and form a national team. 4. A city should meet the needs of the Convention Center, MICE Center, to have characteristics and differentiation. 5. MICE professionals training. Japan, regardless of the quality of the MICE (MICE industry) and the amount of (MICE venues and the number of organized) are far beyond Taiwan. The Japanese government or continue to invest in the convention and MICE industry, hardware and software construction. It is worthwhile for the Taiwan authorities to profoundly consider that 'to develop the economy, must first develop the MICE industry'.
