This study was designed for the purpose of institutional research, and investigating character behavior, gender, family status and family relationships of students in Takming University of Science and Technology. Participants of the study are mainly freshmen and seniors of 2014 academic year; the statistical data analysis methods include descriptive statistics and ANOVA. The main findings of the study are as the following: (1)Differences of college students for the real character of behavior, among which the weakest is citizenship. (2)Students of different gender show significant differences in character behavior. (3)Students of different family economic status have significant differences in character behavior. (4)Different family members do not show significant differences in character behavior. The results can be viewed as a reference to formal curriculum, to the informal curriculum of courses and potential, and as a character education center for improving the informal curriculum of basics, in order to full fill the concept of sustainable development. |
