思覺失調症病人之個案分析：中高齡患者之社會支持與照護探討

A Case of Schizophrenia Patients Analysis: Take Social Support and Care of Middle-age and Older Patients to Explore

知覺失調症在世界各地可見，常有知覺失調，根據台灣流行病學的調查顯示其盛行率約 3%，女性尖峰期為 25-35 歲，男性發病尖峰期為 15-25 歲，有 3-10%在 40 歲後初次發病，男女罹病比率約 1:1，盛行率與發生率均相去不遠，其終生盛行率約在 3-13%。本研究之目的主要以案例分析針對知覺失調症進行了解，進而作為了解該症狀之參考，本研究採用個案研究法，以案例分析針對知覺失調嚴重度與社會支持的關係進行探討，依知覺失調症的團體支持、知覺失調症的特性、知覺失調症的知覺失調，分別進行探討，藉由持續性的追蹤治療，以協助個案能建立良好的人際關係及完整的幻覺控制是照護的本質與最終目標。

The purpose of this study is to analyze the cases of perceptual disorders, and to understand the symptoms as a reference. In this study, case studies were conducted to analyze the relationship between the severity of Perceived disorder and social support of the group support, the characteristics of Perceived disorder, Consciousness disorders of Perceived disorder, were explored separately, by continuing follow-up treatment to assist the case in establishing good interpersonal relationships and complete illusion control as the essence of care and the ultimate goal.
