Android Saisiyat Chinese Translation System with Speech Recognition

This paper proposed a language translation system. The system can translate Chinese to Saisiyat. Based on Google Speech recognition application interface, it is possible to create an application for Android base smart phone. Combining Google API, Internet and database technology, a real time translation system has been generated.
