台灣資訊公司發展的健康檢查管理系統導入中國的醫療機構之個案研究

A case study of introducing a physical examination system developed by Taiwan's information company into healthcare organizations in China

台灣醫療資訊廠商面對中國廣大的醫療資訊市場，充滿著高度興趣與期待，但有關台灣發展的醫療資訊應用軟體，是否能夠順暢的導入至中國的醫療機構，以及在導入後會產生哪些問題的研究卻不多。本研究以個案研究方式，針對個案資訊公司與其中國的醫療機構客戶，進行開放式深入訪談；藉由不同受訪者觀點，探討台灣資訊公司發展的健康檢查管理系統導入中國的醫療機構之相關問題。 本研究經由訪談後的分析資料，歸納出個案資訊公司所發展的健康檢查管理系統，在導入中國醫療機構時，於開發過程、軟體使用與後續軟體維護上的感受，並透過使用者的建議與個案資訊公司的經驗，得知兩岸存在的差異與需注意的事項，建議未來台灣醫療資訊廠商進入中國醫療資訊市場時，可採用：一、以軟體展示的方式進行開發；二、適當引入新的管理模式；三、維持良好公共關係，對於專案的取得、進行與驗收將有正面的效益。

Taiwan’s information companies are highly interested in the huge healthcare information market in mainland China. However, very limited studies are available on whether the healthcare information application system which has been developed by Taiwan can be successfully introduced to the healthcare organizations in China and the potential problems which follow afterwards. This study is conducted as a case study. It is designed to examine the related issues regarding the introduction of Taiwan’s system into China through in-depth and open interviews with China’s healthcare organizations who are currently using the physical examination system established by the information company in Taiwan. Based on the research results, provide the following three recommendations for information companies in Taiwan who plan to enter China’s healthcare information market in the future: (1) develop market by prototyping; (2) appropriately introduce new management model; (3) maintain good public relations which will benefit in obtaining, proceeding and evaluating new projects.
