國軍政戰軍官處理心理衛生問題壓力感受與衛生教育課程需求研究

The stress of deal with mental problems and need survey of mental health education in military political warfare officers

本研究探討國軍政戰軍官處理官兵心理衛生問題壓力感受與心理衛生教育課程需求。以問卷調查法對2008年北部某軍團從事心輔工作之政戰軍官進行研究。研究結果發現：研究對象處理心理衛生問題經驗，以適應障礙、情緒低落及男女感情問題最多。研究對象處理心理衛生問題壓力感受，以情緒低落、適應障礙及自我傷害最大。心理衛生教育需求課程，則以自我傷害防治、憂鬱症認識及適應障礙課程需求最高。以複迴歸分析預測心理衛生教育需求的主要因素為「參與心理衛生講座次數」及「處理心理衛生問題壓力感受」兩項，可解釋總變異量的47.3%。根據研究結果，針對國軍政戰軍官處理官兵心理衛生問題壓力感受不同，給予適合的心理衛生教育課程。

The purpose of this research is to understand the need for the mental health education of the military political warfare officers. The populations of in this research were 102 officers in one military group. There were 86 effective questionnaires completed. The conclusions of this research are as follows: 1. The demographic data of study investigated officers is more in company grade officers, psychological department graduated, university graduated, take part in less than five times mental health education. 2. The experience of investigated officers’ deal with mental health is more in military adjustment disorder, depressive mood and lovely affairs. 3. The stress of investigated officers’ deal with mental health is more in depressive mood, military adjustment disorder, depressive mood and bizarre behaviors. The stress of deal with mental health problems are significant in psychological department graduate and receive more mental health education. 4. The need assessment of mental health education is more in self-destructive behavior, depression education and military adjustment disorder. 5. Joint more mental health education programs and more stress in deal with mental health problems could predict mental health education need 47.3%.The results were discussed and suggestions for education and further studies were provided.
