中醫診治肝癌的思路與方法

The thinking and measure in treatment of hepatic cancer of TCM

肝癌1是世界上10種最常見的癌症之一，80%的肝癌是由B型肝炎病毒引起，其次為酗酒、黃麴霉素、亞硝氨以及其他致癌物質引起。臨床所見肝癌大多已屬中晚期，中晚期肝癌以肝區疼痛、腫大、腹水、黃疸、進行性消瘦、發熱、乏力、食慾不振和惡病質為主要臨床表現，尤以肝區疼痛最危顯著，且疼痛難忍，嚴重影響患者生活，預後差。除傳統的手術切除、放療、化療外，其他治療方法很多，但療效理想的很少。目前臨床確診的原發性肝癌有80%以上是晚期患者，僅有少數病人適宜手術切除，而大多數病人則需要中醫藥或中西醫結合治療。因此，中醫藥治療肝癌以成為一種重要的治療方法。

The hepatic cancer (liver cancer) is one of most common ten cancers in the world. 80% of hepatic cancer results from the B hepatitis and the next from alcohol abuse, aflatoxin, nitrosamine, and other carcinogens. In clinical practice, most of the liver cancers are in middle or late stage, the major clinical features are liver area ache, hepatomegaly, ascites, jaundice, progressive emaciation, fever, asthenia, anorexia, and cachexia. The liver area ache, the most prominent feature, is hard to endure that will seriously influent the patient's life quality and cause poor prognosis. There are many treatment methods besides the conventional surgery excision, chemotherapy, and radiotherapy, but few of them with ideal curative effect. Above 80% of clinical confirmed liver cancer cases are in late stage, very few of them are suitable for surgery excision, and most of the patients need TCM treatment or TCM and Western medicine combined treatment. Therefore, TCM treatment has become one of very important therapy in liver cancer treatment.
