胃脘痛臨床案例一則

A Clinical Case Study of Stomach Ache

此篇為一病例報告敘述以半夏瀉心湯及加味逍遙散加減治療一反覆胃痛之中年女性。半夏瀉心湯出自《傷寒論》，有和胃降逆，開結散痞的作用，適用於寒熱阻滯中焦致痞及濕熱留戀，脾胃虛弱致痞者，臨床可見心下痞滿、噁心嘔吐、納差、或腹中雷鳴、下利、舌苔膩而微黃等。

This is a case study about using Ban Xia Xie Xin Tang (pinellia combination) and Jia Wei Xiao Yao San (bupleurum & peony formula) to treat a middle-aged woman with recurrent stomach ache. Ban Xia Xie Xin Tang (pinellia combination) from the ancient TCM book 'Shang Han Lun' has the therapeutic effects for harmoniaing the stomach and lowering the adverse flow of qi, resolving mass and removing stagnation. It is suitable for the patients with cold-heat retention in middle-jiao and spleen-stomach deficiency due to damp-heat. The most prominent clinical symptoms includes epigastric oppression, nausea, vomiting, anorexia, gurgling sound in tummy, diarrhea, and sticky light-yellow tongue fur.
