耳穴診治頭痛之應用

The Application of Auricular Point Therapy for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Headache

目的：探討中醫學，針灸療法中耳穴診治頭痛的臨床應用。針灸療法是中醫學的基本治療方法之一，耳穴治療為其中重要的一環，其療效已受到無數臨床體驗證實。古人曰：“有諸內，必形諸外”一語概括了機體內臟與體表相關的規律。古人確實觀察了軀體內臟病變在耳廓上出現的反應（1）。此外，“測壓耳穴療法”是把現代資訊科學知識應用於中醫辨證施治中的一種新方法。在此將就使用耳穴療法與現代科技結合診治頭痛進行相關研究論述。

The aim of this study is to discuss the clinical application of auricular point for the diagnosis and treatment of headache in traditional Chinese medicine. As a key part of acupuncture therapy which is one of the basic treatment methods in traditional Chinese medicine, auricular therapy has showed good treatment effects in clinical trials. The ancients said 'Outer Appearance from the Inside'. It truly showed the interactions between internal organs and body surface. The ancients completely observed the reactions showed on auricle and caused by pathological changes of internal organs. Besides, the auricular acupoint pressing therapy is a new treatment method which applies modern information science in TCM syndrome differentiation. This study is about the research of headache treatment by the auricular point therapy combined with modern technology
