台灣與大陸之跨太平洋戰略經濟夥伴關係協議之研究

A Study on the Trans-Pacific Strategic Economic partnership Agreement: Evidence in Taiwan and China

海峽兩岸關係一向受全球所關注。從客觀條件來看，兩岸應該彼此在九二共識的基礎上，中國大陸與台灣應該就其自身的優缺點進行瞭解，藉以實現某種程度的競合關係，進而實現共起共榮之效益。因此，本文就目前中國大陸與台灣面臨到的跨太平洋戰略經濟夥伴關係協議的相關議題進行分析與探討。結論是台灣與大陸都必須積極爭取加入這個區域經濟體，結合全球擴大經濟版圖，並配合一帶一路的宏觀與內涵，兩岸共創和平共生、共用、共榮的合作關係。

The Cross-strait relationship has been of a global concern for a long time. Mainland China and Taiwan are trying hard to develop their own strengths and in the condition of coopetition. How can the two sides can be gain and sustain competitive advantage under the 1992 consensus? This study discusses the relative issues about the Trans-Pacific Strategic Economic partnership Agreement, and how the two sides are preparing themselves for implementation of the agreement. The result of this study indicates that Mainland China and Taiwan have to participate in regional economies actively, and try to be globalized in order to expand the economic scope. In this way, the two sides would be able to share the benefits of the Trans-Pacific Strategic Economic partnership Agreement.
