We explore the impact of three facets of social supports to occupational commitment and work-family balance respectively. Using regression analysis, empirical results show that (1) supports by supervisors, coworkers and family can increase occupational commitment of nurses; (2) supports by supervisors and family can promote work - family balance of nurse; (3) work - family balance is the intermediary variables between the relationship of social supports and occupational commitment. |
