Summary of the Draft Amendments to the Enforcement Rules of the Labor Standards Act

為因應勞動基準法（下稱「勞基法」）修正條文自2016年12月21日陸續施行，勞動部於2017年3月15日預告勞基法施行細則修正草案（下稱「草案」），以徵詢社會大眾意見。草案內容仍可能會有調整或修改，但應不會作大幅變動，預期施行日期應在今年5月份或更晚的時間。

Following the enactment of the latest amendments to the Labor Standards Act (the 'LSA') on 21 December 2016, the Ministry of Labor published the Draft Amendments to the Enforcement Rules of the Labor Standards Act (the 'Draft') on 13 March 2017 in order to gather feedback from the public before finalizing the Draft. While some adjustments might still be made, the Draft is expected to remain more or less the same and take effect in May or later this year. A summary of the Draft is as follows:
