A 34-year-old single schizophrenic female patient with stable condition and good drug adherence, had suffered from the symptoms of worsened auditory hallucinations, anxiety, self-talking, irritable mood, and shouting to her auditory hallucination for weeks. Therefore, she was admitted to our acute ward voluntarily. After she received the treatment with the focusing approach, a type of cognitive behavioral therapy, she got improved in her auditory hallucinations and also had her medication dosages tapered off. |
