試管嬰兒療程合併中醫之整合療法：子宮肌瘤、輸卵管水腫、卵巢早衰之不孕症病例報告

In-Vitro Fertilization Treatment with Traditional Chinese Medicine Integration Therapy: Cases Reports of Infertility among Uterine Fibroids, Hydrosalpinx and Premature Ovarian Failure

試管嬰兒療程中同時接受中醫療法，在過去的研究或文獻記載並不多。本病例提供一位三十八歲的不孕婦女經歷九次試管嬰兒療程失敗後，在第十次試管嬰兒療程中同時接受中醫療法而成功懷孕的個案。該患者合併有多發性子宮肌瘤、巧克力囊腫、輸卵管阻塞及卵巢早衰的多重病因，在進入第十試管療程前後搭配針刺療法，以任脈、腎經為主，輔之以肝經和脾經的穴道來治療，而療程中以導赤散為主方併用於試管的荷爾蒙刺激排卵療程。中西醫整合療法目的是降低不良骨盆腔環境的子宮外孕發生的風險，同時強化子宮內膜厚度、延長高溫期天數及調節不孕婦女因焦慮的心火，此一成功的療法讓這位忙錄的不孕患者得以於第十次試管成功懷孕。在此提出其詳細的用藥及取穴供中醫同道參酌。

Little literature documents cases that IVF treatments accompany Chines medicine treatments. This case provides an incident where a patient, a 38 yearold infertile woman, after nine failed IVF treatments, successfully got pregnant at her tenth treatment, which was accompanied by Chines medicine treatments. This patient has multiple pathogens including uterine fibroids, endometriosis, salpingemphraxis, and premature ovarian failure. Right before and after her tenth IVF treatment, an acupuncture treatment with a focus on Conception Vessel and Kidney Channel, supplemented with acupuncture points of liver and spleen channel, was used to treat the patient. In the treatment, Daochi Powder, along with hormones, was used to stimulate ovulation. Integration of Chinese and Western medicine therapy aims to reduce the risk of the occurrence of ectopic pregnancy due to adverse pelvic conditions, while strengthening the patient's endometrial thickness, extending the number of days of high temperature, and adjusting internal heat resulting from anxiety. This combination of the therapies helps our busy infertile patient to successfully get pregnant in her tenth IVF treatment.
