全球倫理起始：論醫療同理心的跨宗教性

From a Global Ethic: On the Inter-religiosity of Medical Empathy

同理心，當從醫學倫理的角度，提升到全球倫理宣言的共識時，同理心的內涵是個具有跨宗教性的詞彙。醫學與宗教的對話平台，透過同理心的認知與建構的路徑，二者可以是可行且具交集的論述空間。本文先試圖釐清同理心在哲學、心理學、與護理學的詮釋概念，進而歸納並延伸至如何開拓醫學倫理範疇本身對同理心的解釋與基礎出發，與不同宗教義理互為對話與觸合。筆者認為在「以病人為中心」的溝通模式中，若具備「全知性」的同理心，不僅深化醫學倫理教育，對於醫病關係、臨終關懷的照顧，也將更加全面與順利。

The implication of empathy is an inter-religious vocabulary from the viewpoint of medical ethics to a consensus of global ethical declaration. The dialogue between medical science and religion is available in the connection of establishing and recognizing the sense of empathy. The paper aims to define the various meanings of empathy in the fields of philosophy, psychology, and nursing, and to explore the interpretations of empathy in comparison to different religions as a constructive dialogue. As a model of “patientcentered” communication, an omniscient understanding of empathy enhances insight into medical science, the relationship among physicians and patients, and hospice care.
