Microsurgical Replantation of An Amputated Penis

陰莖截肢是一種罕見的外傷。本文介紹一位68歲的男子，因玩弄陰莖被鐵環箝陷，自行截掉自己的陰莖。我們利用顯微手術使其恢復接近正常的外觀與泌尿功能。為了達到更好的功能和外觀，討論了使用顯微外科技術的重要性。此外，我們強調妥善處理箝陷的陰莖，通常會有比較好的預後。

Amputation of the penis is a rare traumatic injury. We present a 68-year old man who suffered a complete penile amputation in a result of uncomfortable accident by himself. Microsurgical replantation was performed with restoring nearly normal genitourinary function. The importance of using microsurgical techniques in order to achieve better functional and cosmetic results is discussed. In addition, we emphasize that the proper management of penile entrapment usually results in a good outcome and leaves no complication.
