國內勞工安全衛生調查分析之研究－－雇主要求

An Analysis on Technical Requirements of Safety & Health for Industries -- Employers' Requirement

鋼鐵、車輛、造紙、紙器、橡膠及傢俱等六個行業之勞工安全衛生技術需求資訊經採問卷調查、座談會及工廠實地訪察等三種方式蒐集獲得。這些行業中勞工安全衛生的主要問題，在此次調查中均已探得。主要的勞工安全衛生技術需求如噪音控制技術、個人護具、防火技術等有廣泛需求之技術均已確認。最後提供若干未來可作深一層研究的建議事項，俾利提升勞工安全衛生標準與實務，進而減少意外災害發生之傷害事故率及嚴重率。

The technical requirements of industrial safety and health for steel mill, motor vehicle, paper mill, carton manufacturing, rubber & furniture etc., six industries were discussed. The data were collected by sending questionaires, group discussion, and factory survey. The major problem of industrial safety and health in these industries were identified during the survey. And several techniques such as noise control techniques, personal protection equipment and fire protection techniques etc. were found widely needed by various industries. Finally, suggestions were proposed to IOSH for future research in order to upgrade the industrial safety and health standard and practice of the local industries, in turn to reduce the accident rate and severity rate for all industry.
