石化廠檢查表製作技術之研究

A Study of th Technique in Preparing Inspection Checklist for Petrochemical Plants

安全是工作環境中的首要要求，為了增加石化工廠安全體質，工業安全工程師或勞動檢查員必須了解製程潛在危害因素，必須有能力去發現危害之所在，才能採取對策。本計畫係透過石化廠現場之訪視調查，並參考國外相關資料建立一套檢核表，供工業安全工程師完成自動檢查或檢查員執行檢查業務時的依據，以減少危害發生機率。

Safety in the working environment is the rule of thumb. In order to reach such a goal, the safety engineer or labor inspector must understand the bazardous process factors, must have the ability to perform their duty. We will establish a checklist for safety engineers to do self-inspection, or labor inspectors to carry out the safety inspection. The checklist will be made through the investigation in the plant and the relative information from domestic and foreign countries to reduce the probability of chemical accidents to happen.
