抗戰時期國軍的傷兵與照護問題（1937-1945）

傷兵一直是軍隊事務關注的焦點，然而傷兵不僅是軍隊的問題，也與社會有緊密關聯。對此，蔣介石與政府機關也都深切明白這一問題的重要性，故由收容、醫療乃至後續安置，都有完善的法規與機構負責。而不僅有國家力量的推動，民間團體也紛紛組織起來進行勞軍或提供救護活動，但即使有完善的規劃，在傷兵的眼中，他們無法獲取基本的救護與慰藉；在民恩的眼中，傷兵是可怕可畏的，在政府的眼中，他們成為嚴重的社會問題，破壞了民原對軍人的觀感。推究其因，無法單純歸於政策的不完備或民間的漠視，除了傷兵本身的紀律不嚴謹外，戰事影響物質條件，而下層機關在執行上又常打折扣，致使傷兵照料成效不如預期，此一狀況不僅表現在傷兵問題，整體戰時中國軍隊都有類似的問題存在。

For the topics of injure soldiers, many society organizations also offer a lot of medical assistance. But for injure soldiers, they always lack medical assistance of basic, and for people, injure soldiers are scared. For government, injure soldiers is a serious social problem. If we research the reason, we could not all attribute to the imperfection of policy or disregard of social. Unless injure soldiers are always in disorder, the war makes the economic deteriorate and the basic government is inefficiency that all make the problem of injure soldiers could not be solved perfectly.
