石化廠管線腐蝕偵測方法與防治技術調查

Investigation of Inspection Methods and Prevention Techniques for Piping Corrosion in Petrochemical Plant

本研究蒐集國內15家石化廠之管線系統之現場資料，了解管線之管理、操作條件及維修紀錄，分析石化廠管線的管理方法、損傷形式、檢查方法與檢查週期，並根據管線之材料、操作條件及維護紀錄等數據，進行管線之洩漏原因、腐蝕形態及與材料關聯性分析，本研究並介紹數種管線損傷形式。本 研究略述防止管線損傷之方法，並從材料的選用、操作情況、檢測方法等方面提出建議。石化廠應設計並推行適切的管理以維護管線安全。本研究並針對API 570法規之適用性及管線試壓之方法進行評估，國內各廠家對於管線之政策及維修管理制度皆不相同。

operating conditions, and maintenance records. The collected field data were statistically studied in terms of managing policy, failure type, inspection methods, and inspection intervals. Based on the relevant data such as construction material, operation conditions, and repair records, this work conducted leakage investigation, and corrosion type identification. This study detailed many piping corrosion types and corrosion origination. Piping failure studies were also provided for few selected cases. Recommendations such as material selection, inspection schedule and method, and maintenance management for the prevention of piping failure are outlined. Petrochemical plants should design and implement relevant management practices or systems to maintain the safety of piping. This work also investigates the feasibility of API 570 Piping Inspection Code and the pipe pressure testing procedure. The piping management policies and practice vary from one petrochemical company to another.
