作業環境有害物質採樣分析技術研發——熱脫附技術可行性評估

Evaluation of the Thermal Desorption/Gas Chromatograph Technique for the Analysis of Volatile Organic Compounds in the Work Place Environment

本研究的目的在評估利用熱脫附／氣相層析儀法取代溶劑萃取法分析工廠作業環境中所產生的有機氣態化合物的可行性。在本研究中利用所收集到的國、內外相關文獻，內容包括法規、技術報告及分析方法等作為熱脫附法可行性評估的參考依據，並作人力資源、勞力及儀器使用現況的調查。並就此開發技術轉移所產生的利弊及儀器改裝或購買等問題加以討論，最後對於可用於熱脫附法分析的化合物予以列表說明。

The goal of this project is to assess the feasibility of the thermal desorption / gas chromatograph technique instead of solvent extraction in the measurement of volatile organic compounds in the workplace environment. This study includes collecting the related papers, regulations, technical reports and analysis methods etc. and investigating the resources of manpower, laboratories and instruments. After that, the practicability and the coming problems about technique, cost and instrument will be discussed. Finally, the list of the suitable compounds for thermal desorption and the feasibility will be pointed out.
