手工具使用與累積性工作傷害關係性之探討——以一電機工廠為例

Evaluating the Relationship between Operating Hand Tools and Cumulative Trauma Disorders-- using an Electrical Factory as an Example

高度專業分工的工作型態使得累積性工作傷害的發生急遽增加，而其中有相當大部份是由於操作手工具所造成的。由於累積性工作傷害發生之前，往往只是輕微的酸痛或疲勞，如果能夠早日發現導致這些輕微症狀的不良因子並予改善，應可有效防止日後可能發生的累積性工作傷害。因此，本文的目的即是希望透過對製造業生產線上使用手工具的作業內容與作業人員的疲勞酸痛反應進行深入瞭解，探討手工具、工作介面與工作產生的身體不適之間的關聯性，並以人因工程的原則提出改善建議。

Cumulative Trauma Disorders (CTD) has been increasing significantly due to the high division of job tasks and high repetition of operations, especially the frequent use of hand tools. Since the occurrence of CTD has a gradual evolvement process, the early identification of the causal factors and the prompt remedial actions will certainly be helpful. The objective of this study is to evaluate the relationship between the use of hand tools and the discomforts caused by work, and to propose ergonomic improvement suggestions.
