中山高速公路分隔帶維護作業勞工安全對策

A Study of Hazard Prevention Method for Chun-Shan Freeway Maintenance Crews

本研究目的為保障高速公路上勞工作業的安全，減少勞工傷亡的發生，本研究利用文獻調查、統計分析、工作安全分析法進行探討，提出可行的作業規範與安全防護管理要點。研究結果發現為維護作業勞工的安全，應排除不安全行為、設備與環境三方面做起，才能確實維護中山高速公路維護作業勞工之安全。

In recently years, traffic flow of Chun-Shan Freeway has increased tremendously. As a result, many accidents of the workers performing guarding, clearing, and maintaining jobs have been reported. In this study, a cause-and-effect model which is established by the use of one-way and two-way analysis. Also, the Job Safety Analysis is performed to eliminate the unsafe behevior, equipments, and environment. It is hoped that through these results obtained from this study are able to establish correct job procedures as well as to prevent further accidents in the future.
