工廠自動化安全系統分析研究——產業機器人安全危害研究

隨著國民所得的提高、重工業的成長，企業由勞力密集升級至技術密集的過程，使得自動化機械在工廠內隨處可見，如自動倉儲、無人搬運車、機器手臂等。根據國際機器人聯盟（IFR）資料顯示，世界工業機器人到1991年底止共有52.8萬台。其中以日本使用32.5萬台最多，獨立國協約6.5萬台次之，美國約有4.4萬台。由於國內工業發展迅速，工業用機器人之使用也隨之急遽成長。我國機器人之使用成長率在全世界連續幾年均名列前茅，而機器人的應用在國內產業以在汽機車的焊接最為普遍，隨著機器人的普及，使得傷害事故有增加的趨勢，在國外一些先進國家都有許多傷亡事件的案例發生。本研究係透過問卷調查，和機器人作業現場之訪視，就機器人之安全防護設備、操作員之教育訓練、安全操作規則與檢查保養之現況作一本土化的調查，以期將研究之結果對我國工業用機器人之學術研究、科技發展、及產業應用，提供一良好之基礎。

The purpose of this research is to investigate the safety factors of industrial robots. Due to the increasing development of industry in R.O.C., the utilization rate of industrial robots has been increasing among all countries. The application of industrial robots is mostly found in welding while the automobile manufactures are the largest users. As the industrial robot becomes a common tool in manufacturing, the accidents have been reported in many industrialized countries. The study investigates the protective devices, maintenance management, and operation procedures, etc. Using the findings of this study, the official regulations can be revised to reduce labor accidents.
