住院病患感染性醫療廢棄物產出量研究－以某醫學中心為例

Various Inpatient Infectious waste Quanitity Study－Finding from a Medical Center

本研究試圖了解台灣地區醫學中心各類別住院病患或感染性醫療廢棄物產出量，以作為未來醫院設置醫療廢棄物處理場空間及焚化爐等依據。方法：採個案研究法，選擇某醫學中心為研究對象，收集感染性醫療廢棄物產出量並分科別加以計算。結果：一般病床每人每日實際感染性醫療廢棄物產量為0.1503公斤、精神科病床0.0083公斤、加護病床0.9858公斤、燙傷病房2.3235公斤、護理之家0.045公斤、安寧照顧0.1084公斤。

The purpose of this study is to understand medical center with various inpatient produce infectious waste quanity, in order to provide medical centers pian incinerator and medical waste storage space. Methods: using case study methods, collected waste quantity record from case hospital. Result: general ward produces 0.1503 kg/per patient day, psychiatry ward: 0.0083、intensive care unit: 0.9858, burn ward: 2.3235, nursing home: 0.0450, hospice: 0.1084. After correct occupation rate, general inpatient produces 0.1719 kg/per bed/per day, psychiatry: 0.0086, intensive care unit: 1.1021, burn ward: 3.1585 and hospice: 0.1506.
