病房漏收心電圖檢查費用改善專案

Improving the fee collection of the EKG examining charges

本專案係針對病房漏收心電圖檢查費用之缺失進行改善，以達下列目的：（1）加強醫師及護理人員之成本觀念，降低漏開EKG醫囑發生率。（2）改進帳目輸入疏失，防止漏收費用，增加盈餘。（3）改善大小夜班諏理人員記帳之遺漏，減少虧損。專案設計與實施步驟，分為準備、執行及評值等三期進行，此專案成效顯示收入增加，醫囑漏開發生率、輸帳及記帳均有明顯改善。

This project was designed for enbancing the collection of the EKG examining charges in order to achieve following three goals.(1) Improving the cost concept of nursing colleagues and medical doctors to decrease the incidence of without EKG prescription. (2). Reducing the mistakes of bill-input to prevent the cases of no charge for increasing profit. (3). Improving the inventory of night-duty nurses to reduce deficiency. This project was conducted as three stages including preparing stage, performing stage and evaluating stage. As the result, the project dramatically increased the income. Meanwhile, the incidence of without prescription was much decreased. Bill-input and inventory were also much improved.
