This study develops a model of the contemporary murse that is applicable both to hospital and commmity settings. The proposed nursing model has two basic features：（1)as role－spanner and （2)as case manager. Nurses typically fill multiple roles as medication manager, counselor, information provider, information disseminator, services provider, services coordinator, and more. |
