出席第三十三屆日本病院會學會暨一九八三年亞洲醫院聯盟研討會報告書

Hospital Administration of a Women and Children Hospital

炯霖奉准應邀於九月七日赴日本濱松出席第三十三屆日本病院會學會，並於會中致辭，會後即參加一九九八三年亞洲醫院聯盟研討會，宣讀論文「婦幼綜合醫院之醫院行政」，介紹本院組織及行政業務，然後依照研討會旅程參觀幾個日本醫療機構 ，於九月十三日整裝回國。此次出國，不但與日本及其他亞洲聯盟國之醫院行政主管相處融洽，進增友誼，而且使婦幼綜合醫院之獨特性受到廣泛認識與重視，可謂此行最大收獲。

Taipei Municipal Women and Children Hospital has an unique hospital organization of which is seldom seen in the world. It has 17 clinical and paramedical departments and seven administration and supportive services. The clinical departments include: Gynecology, Obstetrics, Neonatology, pediatrics, Surgery, Ophthalmology, Ear Nose and Throat, pediatrie psychiatry and Dentistry. Paramedical pepartments include: Radiology, Clinical Laboratory. Pathology, Anesthesiology, Health Service, Emergeney, Pharmacy and Nursing. The seven administration and supportive services are Medical Record, Admitting, Sccial Service, Dietary, General Affairs, Accounts, and Personnel Dietary committee, Publication committee, Education committee.
