不是我姓陳的愛吃美國牛排，更非想嚐洋人製做的自來水啥味道，只因本人自小就很自卑，長大之後，除了沒留過級外，讀書的成績也不見得十分好，老覺得自己沒坐過飛機，橫渡太平洋；就硬是香不起來，別人總是瞧我不上，故此，終於狠起心腸，別了含淚送我上青天的老妻，丟下一對可愛的子女，使用家母遺留給我最原始的學習方法，就是精神科所稱的實際體驗，來學而實習之也。

This artical introduced the treatment of the out patient in Kansas Univevsity Midical Center, they keep the first aid in the emergency unit, and told the chronic patients must have regular fallow up in the out patient clinic with an appointment, unless the disease is not stable, the patient was return to the clinic every 6~12 months even he was referred back to his family docters. In this manner, the medical center made up a perfect record for each case.
