亞洲醫院聯盟成立經過

THE CONSTITUTION OF THE ASIAN HOSPITAL FEDERATION

中、日、韓、菲四國醫院協會，曾一致決定在菲律賓醫院協會今年舉行年會時，共同成立亞洲醫院聯盟，所以當菲律賓醫院協會定於九月二十四日至二十七日在馬尼拉之鄰縣，昆松城舉行第二十二屆年會時，即邀請中、日、韓三國的醫院協會會長赴菲參加，並負擔往返機票及在開會期間的食宿費用，同時歡迎我國醫院協會會員參加他們的年會，經本會通知各會員後，除仕榮外，尚有馬偕醫院張錦文副院長，潘貴菲住院主任，宜蘭新生醫院邱永聰院長，臺大醫院護理部李采蘩副主任及本會總幹事韓瑞琢等五人參加。

We, who are presidents and/or representatives of the national hospital associations of the Republic of China, Japan, The Republic of Korea, and the Republic of the Philippines and those who may be joined by the national hospital association in other countries and areas in Asia where hospital associations are not yet organized, desirous and inspired by the creeds of the medical profession and the service to humanity of all those engaged in extening medical services to all the people, hereby associate ourselves and organize the ASIAN HOSPITAL FEDERATION, hereinafter referred to as the Federation, an independent, non-stock, and non-political body with mobile headquarters in the country where the President lives, and hereby also adopt this Constitution.
