Functional Analysis of Healtl Center Activities: The Study Framework

本文簡述台灣衛生所功能分析的研究方法，指出研究目的，在於暸解衛生所工作的效率及其效果，由於衛生醫療工作的特質，在於人防服務，因而醫院管理衛生計劃的評價，以及衛生所工作的考核，不外以工作的努力，及工作的成就來測定效率而以程序分析、記錄判定、及專家鑑定，來測量工作的效果（醫療服務質的問題）。本文簡述此研究方法的緣起與大略，以做為醫院管理及衛生機構工作研究圖好的參考。

The objectives of the present study are to identify functions and activities actually performed in health centers, to measure the efficiency of health center services and to determine factors associated with the quality of care rendered in health centers. From the analysis of information gathered the present study hopes to achieve the goal of improving health center operations in Taiwan.
