論我國清潔生產和循環經濟立法與全球貿易

我國頒佈實施《中華人民共和國清潔生產促進法》是我國發展清潔生產和循環經濟重要舉措。實現清潔生產和循環經濟是時代發展的需要；實現清潔生產和循環經濟是進行世界貿易交往的必要前提和條件。本文提出了我國實現清潔生產和循環經濟的三項途徑和辦法。
