本文報告93位國小四年級學生在創作三個段落的英文繪本之過程中修改草稿的行 為。研究結果發現學童有六種較明確的修改草稿行為。此六種修改行為顯示出學生在四 個不同時間點修改其草稿。這四個時間點是:(1)產出草稿句子時、(2)將草稿句子編號 時、(3)選擇文本所需之草稿句子時,以及(4)撰寫三個段落的繪本文本時。本文僅報告 這93位學生修改草稿之六種不同行為,但無法提供該行為背後的原因。目前研究小學生 寫作之研究尚不多見,本報告希望能引起學者專家對於國小學童英文寫作的注意,而進 一步就學童修改草稿之過程能有更深入之研究與探討。 |
英文摘要 |
This paper reports the revising behaviors of 93 EFL grade-four students on idea selection and arrangement during the process of composing a three-paragraph text for self-made picture books. Six major types of revising behaviors were identified to show that these writers handled the idea selection and arrangement at four different time points during the writing process. These four different time points were when the students ⑴ drafted sentences on a given theme for a picture book; (2) numbered the draft sentences; (3) chose the numbered draft sentences; and (4) composed a three-paragraph picture texts. Students’ revision, however, did not guarantee a text of proper evolution to become perfect work. Reasons of how the students made decisions on revising cannot be traced in this study. However, since studies on EFL young writers are scarce, the findings are reported in hopes of inviting future studies to further explore EFL young writers5 revising behaviors. |
