本研究旨在探討正向行為支持方案輔導疑似情緒行為障礙學生之成效。研究者結合學校主任、教師、工友和社區人士組成輔導團隊,以功能性評量分析研究對象出現行為問題的原因,再依據評量結果規劃五類正向行為支持策略。研究結果顯示個案之負向行為次數減少,正向行為次數增加,撤離針對個案設計的處理策略後,成效仍維持穩定,其行為和態度也明顯改善。 |
英文摘要 |
The study aims to investigate the effect of the application of positive behavior support plan on the improvement of behavioral problems of a child suspected of having emotional and behavioral disabilities. A counseling team composed of the homeroom teacher, who was the researcher of this study, the dean of students’ affairs, another teacher from this class, a janitor and a volunteer was formed. In the beginning, functional assessment was employed to analyze the cause of the subject’s behavioral problems. Next, based on the results of the assessment, five categories of support strategies were devised. The results showed the occurrences of the subject’s negative behavior decreased and those of positive behavior increased. After the intervention ceased, the effects remained. In addition, the analysis of the qualitative data revealed a noticeable improvement in the subject’s behavior and attitude. |
