「價值」原來是經濟領域的概念,後來才被應用到哲學領域。「價值」是一種客觀、獨立和永恆的理想對象,舉凡事物合乎我們的意欲、喜悅或要求的目的就是有價值的。「信仰」則是指對一個人、事物、神、宗教的教條或教導或沒有經驗證據的觀點抱有信心和信任。價值的信仰是指某人對於一套價值體系抱有信心和信任,以便作為一個人言談、思想和行為的依據。當前我國社會具有政治、經濟、環境、宗教和兩性價值信仰的危機,而公民道德教育存在著公民道德教育理念尚待討論與重建、目標的價值觀念不明確、內涵缺乏倫理與道德、實施忽略整體性原則和評量欠缺多元化措施的問題,改善我國公民道德教育的對策有理念形成要尋求共識,重建價值的體系。目標擬定要價值明確,配合社會的需要。內容要包含倫理道德,與日常生活結合;實施注意整體性原則,兼顧各方面因素;評量必須完整而周延,確立多元的評量。如果我們能夠做到前述幾項建議,相信能夠落實我國公民道德教育,建立社會大眾正確的價值觀,解決社會價值信仰的危機,提升公民道德教育的效果,建立我國公民良好的品德! |
英文摘要 |
Value is originally a concept in the economic field but applied to philosophy later. Value is an ideal subject of objective, independent and permanent entity that is compatible with desire, happiness and anticipated aims. Faith is also confidence in and trust with someone, something, God, religious dogma and non-empirical evidence perspective. Face values can also refer to someone that has confidence in a set of values system, serving as a basis of speech, thought and behavior. Our current society has confronted with crises of political, economic, environmental, religious and gender values. No idea has been discussed and reconstructed yet, due to the fact that the concept of value is not clear. Moreover, lack of contents in ethics and moral value has added to the negligence in implementing the entire principles and assessment of multiple measurements in citizen moral education. The remedial approach to improving citizen moral education in Taiwan can be analyzed as follows: Seeking consensus to reconstruct the clear values system that’s compatible with the social needs.with ethics and moral conception attached to daily life. As for the implementation of curricula complete and optimal multiple factors should be provided for ensuring reliable assessment. Bearing all these variables in mind, we can hopefully implement the citizen moral education in a pragmatic manner. The general public can thus construct accurate value for helping solve the crisis of faith values. In this manner, we can promote the efficiency of citizen moral education and cultivate the desirable virtues of citizen for Taiwan in the long run. |
