射出成型機安全裝置性能監測系統研發

The development of performance inspection system for safety devices on injection-moulding machine

射出成型為塑膠製品最快速也最經濟的製造方法之一。國內大量使用射出成型機以製造 3C 產品相關零組件及外殼，使得我國為全球 3C 產品之重要生產地。同時我國亦為全球主要之射出成型機製造國之一。射出成型業者因安全理念不足及缺乏安全裝置專業技術知識，使得廣大的射出成型加工業之勞工曝露於危險環境之中。為提昇射出成型業者自主檢查射出成型機各項安全裝置性能狀況之能力，以國內外常用之射出成型機安全裝置，分析其功能與作動原理，亦配合國內狀況進行射出成型機安全裝置性能監測之系統設計與製作規劃。本研究所建立的安全監測系統可成功的在射出成型機上使用，針對射出成型機安全門、油壓系統進行同步監測並可立即判斷射出成型機的安全狀態，提醒機器操作者確保操作人員的安全。另依監測系統軟硬體架構，建構一套電腦輔助教學系統，使從業人員可以了解射出成型機應有之安全防護功能，達到確保射出成型業勞工安全之目的。

Injection moulding is the fast and most economic way for making plastic products. By widely using injection-moulding machines, Taiwan has became one of the major 3C related products manufacturers. We are not only using these machines but also one of the major manufacturers of the injection-moulding machine in the world. Also a lot of machine manufacturers are lack of safety design idea, and most of the operators don’t know how to check the safety devices of injection-moulding machine. Therefore, the operators of injection-moulding machines are working in a dangerous environment. Therefore, based on the analysis of performance functions and theories of mandarin and foreign safety devices on injection- moulding machine that could hopefully increase the various abilities via this study. This study has established the inspection system which is successfully used on injection-moulding machine. Simultaneously, emergency doors and oil pressure system could response the safety situation of injection-moulding machine, immediately and warning the operators to prevent the hazards. In addition, this study design and manufacture a performance inspection system for safety devices on injection-moulding machine according to the current using condition of Taiwan. Developments form the software and hardware construction of a performance inspection system. Accordingly, operators of injection-moulding machine could reach the safety protection goal by the basic safety functions.
