我國與新加坡職業疾病鑑定和補償制度簡介

The Brief Introduction of Diagnosis of Occupational Illness & Workers Compensation between Singapore & Taiwan

近年來在衛生署積極推動「職業傷病通報系統」及「職業病診療醫師審定工作」 ，勞委會修訂「勞工健康保護規則」 ，並增列「勞工保險職業病種類表」且進行「職業病種類表之職業病診斷基準之撰寫」 。為我國職業病鑑定制度建立良好之基礎，而他山之石可攻錯，本研究在探討新加坡職業病鑑定制度及職病認定的最新資料，比較兩國職業病診斷與鑑定程序，並比較兩國職業病補償制度與實務探討，比較優劣點，作為我國職業病鑑定制度改進之依歸。

In recent years, the Department of Health has made a lot of efforts in occupational disease reporting system and occupational doctor verification. The Council of Labor Affairs also revised the Labor’s Health Protection Regulations, and modified the Occupational Diseases of Worker’s Insurance Table, and promulgated the principles of diagnosis of occupational disease. Above the efforts provide a solid base for occupational disease survey systems of Taiwan. In this study, the latest information of occupational survey system of Singapore was collected and analyzed. Comparison of occupational disease diagnosis, survey procedures, and the compensatory systems between Singapore and Taiwan was made. It is hoped that improvement in the occupational disease survey system in Taiwan can be achieved.
