第一種壓力容器電腦輔助結構安全檢驗系統之研發

Development of User-Friendly Structural Safety Checking System for the Type I Pressure Vessels

本文介紹新開發的「第一種壓力容器電腦輔助強度的計算系統」。該系統是以微軟的 Visual Basic 程式語言建立之全中文、容易使用的視窗介面與資料庫整合系統，系統包括使用者介面、材質資料庫、檢驗計算核心、電子輔助資料說明及結果輸出等五大部分。其中，材質資料庫分成兩類，一為系統材質資料庫，另一為常用材質資料庫，使用者不能夠更改或編輯前者，但可以由系統資料庫選擇、自行建立後者；電子輔助資料說明也包括有兩種：線上使用說明書以及勞委會頒布的第一種壓力容器檢驗基準等，使用者可以直接透過該系統查看資料，或以相關字詞等查詢。本文除了介紹該系統外，也特別針對計算核心中的外壓強度與伸縮接頭結構安全之流程與理論背景等作了詳細的討論，同時也比較了本系統之結果與其他規章的結果。

A user-friendly structural safety checking system for Type I pressure vessels is developed in this study. The system consists of five main components. They are the user interface, the material database, the calculation procedures, the help manuals and the output interface. The material database contains a system database and a user database. The system user is not allowed to modify the system database. However, the user can choose the data records from the system database and set up his or her own user database. The help manuals consist of the on-line manual and the national construction codes issued by competent authorities. Since the manuals are in the compiled html format, the user may directly search the contents by using keywords. In addition to the introduction of the system, the theoretical background of stress computation for vessels under external pressure and expansion joints are also included in this paper.
